    To report a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is struck (even if no gas leak has occurred) call 0800 111 999 - 24 hours a day.

  • Problems with your boiler - initially call the office on the number above, if no response and urgent, please call your account managers mobile number.

  • As a last resort, please call Electrical Gas Care on 02920 885355

  • If you have a water leak - please turn off at the main stop cock and call Electrical Gas Care on 02920 885355

  • If you have a maintenance issue with an electrical appliance, please contact the office during normal woking hours.
